Hum Pum Paneer Recipe

Hum Pum Paneer is very Spicy & full with Tomato and paneer. It is very different kind of maxican dish. You can enjoy it with bread toast.

Ingredients

1 cup paneer cuts into square pieces
2 cup tomato puree
1 cup onion puree
1 cup green onions cuts into pieces
1 tbsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
salt to taste

Method

1. Fry paneer in oil and keep aside.
2. Heat the butter into pan.
3. Add green chilli paste, gineger galic paste, green onions, oregano and onion puree into pan and cook it till it turns into light brown in color.
4. Add Tomato gravy, sugar and salt into it and mix it well and cook it for 5 mins.
5. Add paneer into it and mix it well.
6. Serve Hot with bread toast.
