Paneer Tikka Recipe



Paneer Tikka(barbeque snacks) is in categories Healthy eating even it can be served without the gravy.

Ingredients

1 large block of paneer
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
1 Tomato
2-3 lemon slide
Few mashrooms
Fresh chopped Coriander Leaves

For Marinade

1/2 cup curd
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin powder(jeera)
2 tsp chat powder
red chilli powder to taste
salt to taste

Method

1. Cut the panner into thick cubes.
2. Cut all vegetables into cubes.
3. Mix all ingredients for marinade and add all vegetables and paneer in it.
4. Put this in to refrigerator for 3 hours.
5. Heat oil into kadai/pan and fry this marinated paneer and vegetables.
6. In a plate arrange fried paneer and vegetables.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon slides.
