Papad ki Sabji Recipe



Papad ki Sabji one of the very famous and delicious gujarati dish, you can have it in your lunch or dinner with naan or roti.

Ingredients

2 to 3 medium sized papads
1 tbsp curds
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1-2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1/4 tsp cumin seeds and mustard seeds
1 tbsp ghee
2-3 chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped coriander
salt to taste
1 cup water

Method

1. Break the papads into 1" squares.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and add seeds and asafoetida.
3. Add garlic paste,chilli powder and curds simultaneously. stir till curd is brown
4. Add turmeric, water and salt.
5. Add papads,coriander and stir it for 3-4 minutes.
6. Serve hot with chappatis.
