Crispy Vegetables and Paneer Recipe



Crispy Vegetables and Paneer is full of Mix vegetables and panner, which contains very healthful with spicys.

Ingredients

1 lbs fresh vegetables (capsicum, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower etc)
0.55 lbs Grated Paneer
Oil for deep frying
1 cup plain flour (maida)
1/2 cup cornflour
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sesame seeds
Salt according to taste

Method

1. Mix the flour, cornflour, pepper, paneer in one bowl.
2. Add corn flour into it and mix well.
2. Take another bowl and add oil for frying the vegetables.
3. Dip the vegetables in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
4. Remove from the oil and drain.
5. Crispy Vegetables is ready to serve.
6. Serve hot with chutneys and dips.
