Semolina's (suji) Sandwich is one of the quick and tasty dish for breakfast. It also serves the purpose of diet as its ingredients are nutritious and light. It is very innovative dish.
Ingredients
1.5 cup curd (dahi)
1 cup semolina (suji)
4-5 chopped green chillies
1/4 tsp red chilly powder
5-6 bread slices
Vegetable(all are not mandatory)
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped cucumber
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped capsicum(any color)
Salt to taste
Method
1. Mix curd and Suji.
2. Put finely chopped vegetables.
3. Put green chillies,salt to taste,red chilly powder and mix them properly.
4. Take one bread slice cut it diagonally into two pieces.
5. Apply batter on both the sides of bread.
6. Pre-heat the non-stick pan and put some oil and battered-bread on it.
7. Cook both the sides till light brown.
8. You can have it with coriander chutney or ketchup.
