If you love potatoes then Tandoori Aloo is very delicious popular Punjabi indian dish. It is also very great starter dish.
Ingredients
1 cup baby potatoes
1 tbsp cream
1/4 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp oil
4 dry red chillies
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp chat masala
1/2 piece ginger
2 tsp coriander and cumin seed powder
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method
1. Wash potatoes and semi boil in pressure cooker.
2. Grind chillies, garlic, ginger and seed powder in grinder.
3. Heat the oil in kadai/pan, add ginger, garlic paste and salt and mix well.
4. Add potatoes, cream and kasuri methi and cook it for 5 mins.
5. Garnish with Coriander leaves and chat masala.
6. Serve hot Tandoori Aloo with roti or naan even in starter also.
