Chocolate Mousse Recipe



Chocolate Mousse easy and quick mousse for chocolate lovers. You can have it into dessert.

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped and melted Dark chocolate
1/2 cup chopped and melted White chocolate
1/4 cup Fresh cream
1/2 cup Sugar


Method

1. Put the fresh cream in a microwave on medium for two minutes.
2. Pour the dark and the white chocolate into separate bowls.
3. Add sugar in to the cream.
4. Add half the warm cream to the dark chocolate and remaining to the white chocolate and mix it well.
5. Fill in two piping bags, one with dark chocolate mousse and another with white chocolate mousse.
6. Fill the glass with one side pipe in dark chocolate mousse and on another side pipe in the white chocolate mousse.
7. Serve it chilled.
