Hakka Noodles Recipe


Hakka Noodles is a delicious Chinese recipe, It is very healthy and tasty snack and a favorite for every one.

Ingredients

1 packet noodles
4 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup shredded cabbage
1 large sized sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced capsicum
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 cup chopped Green beans
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp ajinomoto
4-5 cups Water
salt to taste

Method

1. Boil water in a large pot and add the noodle sticks after the water bubble and cook them partially (3/4th).
2. Drain and add to a bowl and add 1/2 tbsp oil and keep aside till needed.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan on a high flame.
4. Add vegetables and ginger garlic paste and stir-fry for 5 minutes on a medium flame.
5. Add the Soya sauce, chilli sauce, ajinomoto and salt and cook for 2 mins.
6. Add noodles and cook for 2 mins.
7. Serve hot.
