Methi Paratha Recipe


Methi Paratha is winter delight with lots of nutritional value. It is a type of Indian snacks and easy to cook.

Ingredients

1 cup finely chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)
2 cups wheat flour
3-4 chopped green chillies
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp mango powder
salt to taste
oil as needed

Method

Pre-making

1. Make dough of wheat flour.
2. Mix methi, red chilly powder, green chillies, mango powder, salt

Prepration

1. Heat the pan.
2. Make small ball from dough and roll it like chapatti and apply some ghee or oil.
3. Now put the methi mixture on the chappati and roll it like a ball then again roll out into a thick round.
4. Put it on pan and soak it till both the sides turns into golden brown.
5. Serve it hot with curd or butter.
