Mexican Salsa Recipe


Salsa is a mexican dip, you can have it as sauce also.

Ingredients

4-5 fresh tomatoes
10 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
1 small red onion
1 or more jalapeno peppers
1/2 tsp dry garlic powder
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup chopped coriander
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dry basil
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
Salt to taste

Method
1. Dice tomatoes as fine as you like.
2. Dice garlic and onion finely.
3. Chop jalapeno peppers, oregano, and coriander.
4. Mix oil, lime juice and salt over the mixture and mix it well.
5. Put the Refrigerate for at least one hour.
