Fruit Salad is a Indian dessert with lots of fruits and nuts.
Ingredients
5 cups Whole Milk
Sugar to taste
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup chopped Chikku
1/2 cup chopped banana
1/4 cup cherry
1/4 cup grapes
1/4 cup chopped dates
10 cashew nuts
10 raisins
Method
1. In a deep pan, boil the milk and the sugar for around 20-25 minutes and stirring constantly.
2. Add the Vanilla extract now and stir again for 5 mins.
3. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
4. Add the fruits and nuts to the cooled milk.
5. Put it into refrigirator for 60 minutes.
6. Serve it.
