Paneer Chili Dry Recipe


An Indian paneer with Chinese Sauces known as Paneer Chili Dry. It is very spicy and yummy dish. You can have it as a side dish or starters.

Ingredients

1 cup Paneer
4 tbsp Corn Flour
10 Green chilli
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 chopped Green Capsicum
2 chopped Onions
1–2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Pepper powder(black)
5-6 nos. Garlic flakes
1/4 tsp ajinomoto (optional)
4-5 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp Malt vinegar
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

For The Batter

1/4 cup cornflour
1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
1 tsp soy sauce
pinch of baking powder
salt to taste

Method

1. Make a thick batter of plain flour and cornflour with salt,the batter consistency should be enough to coat the paneer smoothly.
2. Coat the paneer pieces with the batter.
3. Fry paneer in a kadai till it becomes brown.
4. In a separate kadai fry onions till brown.
5. Cut green chilli into small pieces and add it to fried onion.
6. Then put small pieces of capsicum and fry it for sometime.
7. Add Fried Paneer to it.
8. Then drop Chilli Sauce and soya sauce into kadai.
9. Add salt, ajinomoto,black pepper powder and stir it for 3-4 mints.
10. Serve hot with garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
