Russian Sandwich Recipes


Russian Sandwich is very healthy and creamy sandwich with full of mixed veggies and fruits.

Ingredients

6-8 Slices Bread
4 tbsp Thick Cream
2 tbsp Thick Curd
1 Grated Carrot
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/2 Shredded Cabbage
1 Grated Cucumber
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt to need



Method

1. Squeeze curd to remove liquid and beat well to make it smooth.
2. Mix all the vegetables, fruits, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, sugar, Mustard Powder into the curd.
3. Mix the cream into the mixure of vegetables and fruits.
4. Put the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
5. Cut the corners of bread and apply mixure on all slices.
6. Join 2 slices cut into two triangle shape.
7. Serve the sandwitch with ketchup.
