Vegetable Cutlet Recipe


Cutlet is a very popular Indian recipe, It is also known as vegetable tikki. It can be having in your breakfast or as side dish.

Ingredients

4 medium sized boiled and mashed potatoes
4 finely chopped and boiled carrot
0.20 lbs chopped and boiled french beans
1 cup boiled sweet corns
0.20 lbs boiled green peas
2 finely chopped green chilies (adjust to your taste)
1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
Salt to taste
0.20 lbs bread crumbs for rolling
Oil for frying


Method

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and adjust salt and green chilies to your taste.
2. Divide into equal sieze portion and shape into flat round patties about 1/2 inch thick.
3. Roll the patty in the breadcrumbs.
4. Heat the oil on medium high heat in a frying pan.
5. Fry a cutlets one by one until they are golden-brown on both sides.
6. Serve hot.
