Vegetable Grilled Sandwich Recipe



Vegetable Grilled Sandwich means stuff bread with vegetables and grill it. It is prepare very easily and ready in few minutes.

Ingredients

8 slices bread
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped tomato
2 tbsp green churtney (coriander + green chilli)
1 chopped green chilli
1 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste
4 tsp low fat butter for cooking

 
Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Take a half bread slides and spread a butter on it and keep aside.
3. Take another bread slides and spread a green churtney on it and keep aside.
4. Place some of the stuffing on one slice of bread with butter. Top with slice of bread with churtney.
5. Spread the butter into griller and Pre-heat the griller and grill the sandwiche.
6. Serve hot with ketchup.
