Cheese Corn Tomato Soup Recipe


Cheese Corn Tomato Soup is a delicious recipe with cheese, corn and tomato.  It is usually consumed before a lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

1 cup boiled sweet corn (makai ke dane)
1 cup grated processed cheese
8 to 10 medium sized ripe tomatoes
1/4 beetroot
1 large sized onion
2 to 3 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
1 cup cream
3 cups water
salt to taste
pepper to taste



Method

1. Boil the tomatoes , beetroot , onion & garlic using the 3 cups of water.
2. Blend thr mixer & strain.
3. Add cream, salt & pepper to taste.
4. Add boiled corn and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add cheese in soup bowl and mix it well.
6. Searve hot soup.
