Corn Pakoda Recipe


Corn Pakoda is quite delicious and perfect for the season when the corn is so sweeet. it is very easy to make with any combination like with Paneer, Cheese, Onion etc.

Ingredients

3 cup shelled sweet corns
2 tsp gram flour
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp green chilly paste
2 tsp garlic ginger paste
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
oil to fry
salt to taste

Method

1. Coarsely grind the corns in grinder.
2. Bring it in a bowl, add turmeric powder, green chilly paste, garlic ginger paste, asafoetida, baking soda, coriander leaves and mix it well.
3. Roll out into small balls & fry them till turns to brown.
4. Searve this simple vada with green chutney.

Tips : Instead of corn you can use cauliflower, cabbage, onion, spinach also.
