Dalwada Recipe


Dalwada is very crispy and very spicy type of indian snack dish. Everyone can enjoy it in rainy season.


Ingredients

4 cups green gram with skin
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 onion
5-6 green chillis
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Method

1. Clean, wash and soak the gram for night.
2. Remove skin as much as possible.
3. Grind it coarsely.
4. Add chopped chillies, ginger, garlic, asafoetida and salt and Mix it well.
5. Fry this mixture in the shape of balls till it turns into golden brown.
6. Cut the onion into slice and fry the green chillis.
7. Add salt and lemon water into chillis and onion slice.
8. Serve hot Dalwad with this onion and chillis
