Masala Peanuts Recipe

Masala peanuts is one of favourite tea time snack. This crispy and spicy peanuts can be prepared in less time and can be stored for longer time. Even it can be use in fasting.


Ingredients

1 cup Peanuts
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp amchurn (mango powder)
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste


Method

1. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan at medium.
2. Add cumin seeds once it crackles add asafoetida.
3. Add Peanuts, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, amchurn.
4. Roast it till it turns brown.
5. Searve it hot.
