Spinach Tomato Curry Recipe



Spinach are full of proteins and iron, Spinach Tomato curry is very nutrients tasty curry. If you have very less amount of time for cooking its very best recipe to cook. You ca nhave it in your lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

1 cup chopped spinach
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 finely chopped tomatoe
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp Oil
1 cup water
Salt to taste

Method

1. Wash the whole spinach.
2. Heat oil into a small pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds once it crackels add asafoetida.
3. Add the onions and fry them till it turns into light brown, then add ginger garlic paste to it. Saute the mixture for about 2 minutes.
4. Add the tomatoes and a cup of water and mix it well.
5. Cook for 2 mins and add spinach till the spinach is nicely mixed with the Tomato-Onion mixture.
6. Sprinkle Red Chilli powder, garam masala powder and Salt and cook on low heat.
7. Serve it with roti, naan or rice.
