Sprouted Moong Salad

Sprouted Moong Salad is full of Vitamin A and it's good for the eyes and for a glowing complexion. It is very refreshing and healthy dish with lots of protein and calcium. It is best recipe for diet.

Ingredients

1 cup Sprouted Moong
1 finely chopped tomato
1 finely chopped onion
3-4 finely chopped green chillis
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste


Method

1. Mix Sprouted Moong, tomato, onion, capsicum, green chillis, lemon juice together in bowl.
2. Add chaat masala and salt into it and mix it well.
3. Serve it in lunch, breakfast or dinner.
