Vegetable Soup Recipe


Vegetable Soup is very healthy type of soup dish. You can have it before you starts your lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

2 cup vegetables cut into pieces(Tomato, carrot, beans ,cabbage ,spinach, Mint, cabbage)
1 onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup moong dal
1/2 cup cream
1/4 pepper powder
2 tsp ghee or butter
4 cups of water
Salt to taste

Method

1. Boil all the vegetables and dal in a pressure cooker
2. Blend it and mix it well.
2. Add the water and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame.
3. Add cream and mix it well.
5. Cook it for 5 minutes.
6. Add salt, pepper powder and butter/ghee to taste.
7. Serve it.
