
Ingredients
6 corn tortillas
1 recipe mexican beans
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup grated paneer
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup salsa sauce
Method
1. Spread with mexican beans, cabbage, onion and paneer in the middle of a corn tortilla.
2. Spread with the cheese on the whole mixure in the middle of a corn tortilla.
2. Roll up the tortilla and keep aside.
3. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
4. Cook the burritos lightly on a non-stick pan with the help of ghee or oil.
5. Serve each burrito with tomato salsa.
