Cluster beans, also known as Gwar Beans which are very popular throughout India. They resemble flattened green beans and have an extremely hardy and crunchy. It's one of the healthiest Indian dishes you can make because these beans are very low in calories.
Ingredients
2 cups cluster beans(Gawar) cuts into small pieces
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp asafoetida
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup water
Salt to taste
Method
1. Boil cluster beans in a cooker for 2 wistles and keep aside.
2. Add oil into pan, add ajwain and let them crackle once it crackle add asafoetida and garlic paste.
3. Add turmeric powder, salt and Boiled cluster beans.
4. Cook till it turns into shallow fry and add red chili powder and coriander powder.
5. Serve it with Roti or Dal-Rice.
