
Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
1 tbsp finely chopped french beans
1 tbsp finely chopped carrots
1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
2 spring finely chopped onions
1 tsp gineger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp small green chillies pieces in vinegar
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp ajinomoto(chinese salt)
salt to taste
Method
1. Heat a oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste and all vegitables.
2. Stir fry all vegitbles for 5 min till it cooked half
3. Add cooked rice and mix it well & then add soya souce, chili souce and vinegar and let it cook for 2 min.
4. Add ajinomoto and salt and mix it well.
5. Serve hot
