Garlic Chutney


Garlic Chutney is very spicy in taste and you can have it with any other dishes or use it with Bhel Puri, Sandwich, Pav Bhaji, Dal Bati etc.

Ingredients

10 red chillies
10 to 12 cloves garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cups water
salt to taste

Method

1. Soak red chillies in water for half an hour.
2. Drain water from it and grind the red chillies, salt, half cup water and garlic cloves with lemon juice to a fine paste.
3. Serve it or use it with any other dishes.
