Spinach Grill Sandwich


Spinach Grill Sandwich is very healthy type of breakfast dish and it is very tasty for spinach lovers with less calories.

Ingredients

2 cups Boil and finely chopped spinach
6-8 slices of bread
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillis
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all purpose flour/maida
1 cup milk
2 tbsp grated cheese
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Method

1. Strain the water completely from spinach and keep aside.
2. Heat half of butter into pan and add spinach, green chillis and all purpose flour/maida and cook for 5 mins.
3. Add milk, salt and black pepper and mix it well and cook for 5 mins.
4. Apply butter on two slices of bread (on one side) and spread this spinach filling all over on one slice of bread.
5. Spread cheese on the other slice of bread and place it on the spinach filling slice.
6. Toast it till it turns into light brown.
