
Ingredients
5 cups milk
sugar to taste
6-7 slices white bread with the brown sides removed
1 tsp ilaichi powder
1 tsp vanilla essance
Method
1. Cut the bread slices into small pieces and dip them into water and press the bread pieces with hand and remove water from it.
2. Add the sugar into milk and Boil it into pan once it boiled, add bread pieces and mix it well and cook it for 5-10 mins
3. Remove from heat and wait for half an hour and blend it well.
4. Add vanilla essance and mix it well.
5. Pour into kulfi moulds, cover well and freeze for night.
6 Serve Bread Kulfi.
