Stuffed Paneer Tomato Recipe


Stuffed Paneer Tomato Recipe is simple recipe for Tomato lovers. It is spicy type of dish, you can have it with roti, naan or paratha.

Ingredients

4-5 big tomatoes
1 cup grated paneer
1 tbsp grated cheese
1 onion finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1 tbsp green chilli finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp coriander finely chopped
1 tbsp butter
salt to taste

Method

1. Cut the top portion of the big tomatoes and remove the pulp inside.
2. Heat butter in a saucepan add chopped onions, capsicum and green chilies till tender.
3. Add chopped tomato in a saucepan and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
4. Add Paneer and mix it well and cook for 10 mins.
5. Fill tomatoes with the above mixture.
6. Spread it with grated cheese and chopped coriander.
7. Place these filled tomatoes in a oven and heat it for 20 minutes at 150 degree C or pressure cook for one whistle.
8. Serve the stuffed paneer tomato with roti or naan.
