Crispy Potato Sabji Recipe


Crispy Potato Sabji is very crispy and spicy type of wet sabji. you can enjoy it with curd, rice, roti or on your fast also.

Ingredients

3-4 potatoes
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method

1. Cut potatoes into thin slides.
2. Heat the oil into a pan, add cumin seeds into it once it crackles add salt and potatoes and deep fry it for 15-20 mins till potatoes turns into golden brown and crispy from all the sides.
3. Add red chilli powder and and mix it well and again cook for 5 mins.
4. Serve it hot with curd, roti or rice as sabji.
