Mix Vegetable Pakora Recipe


Mix Vegetable Pakora is very famous snack or appetizers and even easy to prepare, it takes hardly half an hour to ready to be served. It is made of several vegetables like potato, cabbage, onion, spinach, capsicum, cauliflower wrapped in besan. you can also use banana for making sweet pakora.

Ingredients

1 cup capsicum cuts into medium square pieces
1 cup potato cuts into round slices
1 cup onion cuts into round slices
1 cup cauliflower cuts into medium pieces
2 cup chickpea flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp aamchur powder
1/2 cup water
oil to fry
salt to taste

Method

1. Mix chickpea flour, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, aamchur powder and water to form a smooth and thick batter and keep aside for half an hour.
2. Heat the oil into deep frying pan and shallow fry the pieces of capsicums and cauliflower.
3. Remove it from oil in to a plate lined with paper towels and let them drain.
4. Dip the vegetables in to batter and mix in it evenly and deep fry in to the oil till it turns golden brown.
5. Drain on paper towels before serving.
