Rajgara Bhakhri Recipe




Rajgara Bhakhri is a farali roti, you have a very good option for Roti on fasting. You can have it with curd or sabji.

Ingredients

1 cup rajgara flour
1 cup bottle gourd finely Grated
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup water
salt to taste

Method

1. Combine rajgara flour, bottle gourd, green chilli paste, salt and mix it well.
2. Add water and oil into it and knead well and form into soft dough.
3. Now make small balls from dough and roll them softly in round shape.
4. Place it onto a heated skillet/tava lightly greased with some oil and cook it till it turn into golden brown.
5. Serve Hot with Sabji or Curd.
