Ingredients
2 cups cooked basmati rice
1/2 cup capsicum cuts into thin slices
1/2 cup onion cuts into thin slices
1/2 cup carrot cuts into thin slices
1/2 cup cabbage cuts into thin slices
1/2 cup boiled beans
1/4 cup paneer in small pieces
1 tbsp green onions chuts into small pieces
1 tsp giner garlic paste
1 tbsp schezuan sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Method
1. Heat the oil, add the ginger garlic paste and saute till it turns golden in colour.
2. Add the capsicum, celery, onion, salt and saute till onion turns into golden brown.
3. Add carrot, cabbage, beans, paneer, green onions and saute till 2-3 mins.
4. Add schezuan sauce, chilli sauce, venigar and soya sauce and mix it well.
5. Add rice into it and mix it well and cook for 2 mins.
6. Serve Hot.
