Ingredients
3 large size boiled, skin removed and mashed well Potatoes
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp grated bread crumbs
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp aamchur powder
1 tsp dry-roasted cumin seeds powder
1 tsp asafoetida
oil for frying
salt to taste
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients well and make a soft dough.
2. Divide into equal portions and make balls.
3. Flatten each balls between the palms into discs shape.
4. Heat oil in a fry pan and fry over medium heat until it turns into golden brown and crisp on both sides.
5. Garnish it with curd, Imli(Tamarind) chutney, Garlic chutney, Coriander chutney, chopped onion and serve it.
