Ingredients
2 cups boiled pasta
1 cup boiled spinach pulp
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
2 tbs all purpose flour (maida)
2 tsp dry basil powder
2 tsp Italian herb mix
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup grated cheese
salt to taste
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in medium heat and add all-purpose flour and milk then stir for 2 minute and making sure there are no lumps in it.
2. Add basil powder, italian herb mix, black pepper, salt and stir for another 2 mins
3. Add spinach and mix it well and stir it for 5 mins.
4. Add cream into it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously.
5. Add boiled pasta into it and mix it well.
6. Spread the cheese on it and mix it well in pasta.
7. Serve Hot Pasta with ketchup.
