Groundnuts Kadhi Recipe

On the occasion of Janmashtmi we have one different kind of Kadhi for you to make and enjoy in you fast.Groundnuts Kadhi is special dish for fasting. It is a sweet and spicy thick curry with curd, rajigra flour and groundnuts. You can have it with Moraiyo.

Ingredients

1 cup curd
1 cup water
5-6 curry leaves
1 tbsp rajgira flour
1 cup grated roasted groundnuts
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp green chillis finely chopped
1 dry whole red chilli
1 tsp Jaggery
salt to taste

Method

1. Mix grated roasted peanuts, curd, water and rajgira flour in bowl and blend it from hand blender.
2. Heat ghee into a heavy sauce pan and add cumin seeds and wait until it crackle.
3. Add curry leaves and whole red chilli into it and add into curd mixture.
4. Add jaggery, green chillis, salt and mix it well.
5. Cook it on a slow flame for 10 minutes.
6. Serve hot with Moraiyo.

  1. I think this dish is related to the curry which is best one.I like very much.In Indian and Pakistan Pakora is most useful for eating.Its taste is very best.People eat Pakora very much.They especially eat Pakora with curry.
