Russian Carrot Salad is sweet and salty Russian type of carrot salad.
Ingredients
1 cup grated carrot
1 tsp sugar powder
1 tbsp cream
1 tsp kismis
salt to taste
Method
1. Mix all the above ingredients and mix it well.
2. Put it into cold place for an hour.
3. Serve it cold.
