Mexican Rice Recipe


Mexican  Rice

Get ready to make your delightful rice dish from Mexican Menu. These rice are craved deadly by all Mexican and of course rice lovers and they occupy from their most favorite menu dishes. So, here is the recipe from American kitchen with all the seasonings and a slight of tomato flavor.

Ingredients

1 cup rice
1/4 cup beans
5-6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp boiled corn
3 tbps ghee
10 black pepper
2 onions cuts into thin slices
1 capsicum cuts into thin slices
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 tsp ajinomoto
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
2.5 cup water
salt to taste

Method

1. Wash the beans and soak in water overnight.
2. Add beans in a pressure cooker and boil them.
3. Drain the beans, mash them and keep aside.
4. Heat the ghee into pan, add garlic, black papper, half onion slices and stir fry for 2-3 mins.
5. Add rice, mix it well and stir for 2-3 mins.
6. Add water into it and cook it till it boils.
7. Add red chilli powder, salt, vinegar and beans and cook it for 5 mins.
8. Heat ghee in other pan and add half onion slices, tomato paste, corn, carrot, capsicum, ajinomoto, chilli sauce and soya sauce.
9. Add it into cooked rice and mix it well.
10. Serve Hot.
