Ingredients
1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup coconut powder
1 cup white sugar
3 cup instant cooking oats
1 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp chocolate chips/ chocolate small pieces
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
Method
1. Mix Butter, sugar, milk, all-purpose flour and cocoa powder in a pan and boil it.
2. Remove it from heat and add oats, chocolate chips/ chocolate small pieces, vanilla extract, baking soda, salt and coconut powder and mix it well.
3. Cover and chill dough for at least one hour.
4. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls, place it into cookie sheets and roll out the ball of dough to the shape of pretzels.
5. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C and bake it for 8 to 10 mins.
6. Enjoy it once it cools completely.
