Vegetable Sandwich
This deitary recipe of Veggie Sandwich made of stuffed vegetables and low-fat butter is sure to leave you ask for "One more please" after having it. Vegetables, as they are full of vitamins and must-to-eat for nutrition make a delightful recipe with bread slices to make Sandwich.

Ingredients

8-10 slices of bread
1 cup butter
1 cup tomatoes in small pieces
1 cup cucumber in small pieces
1 cup beetroot in small pieces
1 tbsp green coriander chutney
1 tsp green chilli paste
chaat masala to taste
salt to taste

Method

1. Mix butter, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, ghreen chilli paste, chaat masala and salt in bowl and mix it well.
2. Spread the Coriander Chutney on all the bread slices and keep aside.
3. Spread the butter with tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, ghreen chilli paste, chaat masala and salt on the bread slice with chutney.
4. Take a another slice with chutney and place it on top of above filling slice.
5. Serve this vegetable sandwich.
