
Ingredients
10 tbsp finely chopped cooking chocolate
3 tbsp finely chopped almonds
3 tbsp finely chopped walnuts
3 tbsp raisins
Method
1. Roast almonds and walnuts in a pan on low flame and stirring continuosly, add raisins and roast for another 2-3 mins on low flame.
2. Melt chocolates on a double boiler, remove chocolate from heat and stir till it comes to room temparature.
3. Stri in the nuts and raisins. Keep aside for a few minutes till it starts to become slightly thick.
4. With a spoon drop rough heaps of the chocolate mixture onto a plate lined with aluminium foil.
5. Press nuts on top. Leave in the fridge to set before removing from the plate. Allow to set in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours.
6. Wrap in decorative paper and serve it.
