Magaj Recipe


Indian sweets are usually made up of milk and ghee as primary base ingredients and they vary from state to state according to the people's making ways. This traditional sweet named "Magaj", goes in the similar way and has made it to the rich Indian sweets. Anytime you can enjoy it.

Ingredients

1 cup gram flour
1 cup ghee
1 cup sugar powder
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp cardamom seeds powder
1 tsp almonds finely chopped
1/2 tsp pista
1/2 tsp charolis

Method

1. Take a frying pan and roast the flour in ghee and milk till it becomes brown.
2. Once it roast properly remove it from flame.
3. when it becomes cool add sugar powder, cardamom seeds powder and mix it well.
4. Spread it into greased plate.
5. Once it settled properly decorate it with chopped almonds, pista and charolis.
6. Cut it into pieces and serve it.
