Radish Paratha (Mooli ke Parathe)
Mooli Paratha is one dish which makes very frequently in winter specially in Northern India. It is very healthy breakfast or lunch or dinner as you like. It takes too time to make but its worth once you eat. You can have it with curd, chutney, butter and lassi. You can add paneer as well.

Ingredients

1 cup radish leaves
1 radish
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup potatoes
4 green chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp sugar
oil
salt to taste

Method

1. Chop the radish leaves finely and grate the radish.
2. Boil, peel and grate the potatoes and mix it with radish leaves.
3. Add salt, green chillies, turmeric powder, lime juice, garam masala and sugar.
4. Mix flour and oil, knead a soft dough and divide the dough into small balls and roll out a ball slightly.
5. Place the stuffing in the center and bring the edge together and make into a ball again.
6. Roll it out into a thick roti and roast the roti on the griddle using oil till it turns into brown in color.
7. Serve Hot.
