Ingredients

1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup rice flour
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped spinach
1.4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water
oil to fry
salt to taste

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with water and mix well and make a soft dought.
2. take a small portion from it and make small ball.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and deep-fry the balls in hot oil till it turns into golden brown in color and crispy to eat.
4. Serve Hot.
