Ingredients
2 cups makai ka atta
1/2 cup plain flour
2 tsp ajwain
1 tbsp oil
oil for deep-frying
water to need
salt to taste
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients together and make a dough and knead it very well.
2. Divide the dough into small balls and roll out and prick all over with a fork and keep aside for 1 hour till it drys well.
3. Cut into small triangles/stripes and deep fry in oil until it turns into crispy.
4. Drain on absorbent material/paper and store it into an air-tight container.
