Homemade Nachos Chips
Kids and young teens of today's day have a special liking for this kind of sizzling appetizers. It's such warm and crispy that no one could resist putting their hands into it. You can have it with Mexican Salsa or you can enjoy Cheese Nachos.

Ingredients

2 cups makai ka atta
1/2 cup plain flour
2 tsp ajwain
1 tbsp oil
oil for deep-frying
water to need
salt to taste

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together and make a dough and knead it very well.
2. Divide the dough into small balls and roll out and prick all over with a fork and keep aside for 1 hour till it drys well.
3. Cut into small triangles/stripes and deep fry in oil until it turns into crispy.
4. Drain on absorbent material/paper and store it into an air-tight container.
